Did Ariana Grande just come out as bisexual in her new song?

Ariana Grande fans are speculating over where the “Thank U, Next” singer has come out as bisexual in her latest track.
The 25-year-old star collaborated with her friend Victoria Monét for new song “Monopoly,” which features Grande singing the line: “I like women and men.”
Monét, who is openly bisexual, also raps the lyric.
The song, which dropped on Monday (April 1), has led to some fans discussing the Grande’s sexuality online.
“@ArianaGrande if this is an april fool’s joke the bi community will take your toes,” one person wrote on Twitter.

Another said: “Ariana grande came out as bi?”
And a third wrote: “Baby are u bi? if not i love u regardless but if so welcome to the club 🙂 @ArianaGrande.”
A fourth person declared the track a “bisexual anthem.”
However, responding to a fan on Twitter, Grande said she did not feel the “need” to label herself in terms of her sexuality.

Grande, who is headlining Manchester Pride’s music festival in August, and Monét released “Monopoly,” including a music video, on Monday (April 1).
The video shows the two friends singing and dancing along to the song, parts of which are filmed using handheld devices, with a variety of emojis appearing throughout the track.
At one point, Grande punches away three virtual words added in post-production: “Haters,” “negativity,” and “Trump.”

Grande recently defended herself against accusations that she is exploiting the LGBT+ community by agreeing to be a headline act at Manchester Pride 2019.
On Wednesday (February 27), the “7 Rings” singer responded to a viral tweet claiming that “Ariana headlining pride when she’s straight and doubling the price of tickets… kinda smells like exploitation of the lgbt community to me.”
After telling the nameless user “i saw many people discussing this so i wanted to chime in… hope that’s okay 
,” Grande said she just wanted to “celebrate and support this community.”
The star wrote: “hi my love. i have nothing to do with ticket pricing—manchester pride sets those rates, and they’re mostly out of my control.”
“The lgbtq community has been so special to me and supportive throughout my entire career. the relationships i have with my lgbtq fans, friends, and family make me so so happy.
“I want to celebrate and support this community, regardless of my identity or how people label me. and also i wanna visit a city that means so much to me.”
