Queer Eye’s Fab Five cameo on final ever Gay of Thrones
The final episode of Game of Thrones may have been divisive, but Gay of Thrones is here to bring everyone together.
After eight years, Jonathan Van Ness signed off his Game of Thrones recap show with one last episode, “The Iron Throb.”
The clip features Celeste Barber, but she’s not the only famous face to make an appearance.
For the last ever episode, Jonathan Van Ness brought along his Queer Eye co-stars Tan France, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown and Antoni Porowski as the baby dragons that Jonathan has spent years looking for.

Tan complains: “How many years have we been stuck in this egg?”
Bobby responds:”How does Jonathan not know where we are? He has been carrying this egg around for years.”
Karamo adds: “Don’t lose hope guys. Once Jonathan accepts he’s the true Mother of Dragons, he’ll sit on us, snap, crackle, pop, and we’re out of here.”
Thankfully, Jonathan finds them, adding: “There’s my little baby dragons!
“Don’t worry, I’ll get you guys out of there faster than an angry Game of Thrones fan rushes to Twitter.”
Van Ness posted a tribute on social media after wrapping the Funny or Die series.
He wrote: “Our #GayofThrones series finale is here with @celestebarber & a very special surprise stick through to the end!
“This has been the most amazing experience & am so excited to continue to grow and learn ️ ️ Thanks for the beautiful memories.”
Porowski tweeted: “The end of an era. Oh, yeah, Game of Thrones, too ♂️. Congrats @jvn, excited for what’s next ❤️❤️❤️”
Brown adds: “Must watch @jvn’s #GayofThrones finale. Mother finally figures out where his dragons are. ”
Jonathan Van Ness has a lot of projects on the go
While Gay of Thrones might be over, Jonathan Van Ness still has plenty of podcasts on the go.
In between filming for Queer Eye seasons, he has made his Broadway debut for a performance of Celebrity Autobiography, continued podcast Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness, trained as a figure skater, launched a stand-up comedy tour, and campaigned for LGBT+ equality.
Last week, Queer Eye stars Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Bobby Berk and Jonathan Van Ness met with lawmakers including Democratic congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi in a visit to DC.
The TV stars were there to lobby for the Equality Act, a LGBT+ non-discrimination bill that would extend existing civil rights laws to also cover sexual orientation and gender identity.
