Elsa sends queer Twitter into a frenzy with release of new Frozen II trailer
A new trailer for hotly-anticipated film Frozen II has got queer Queen Elsa fans going wild.
It’s no secret that many Frozen fans feel a certain lesbian energy from the Queen of Arendelle, so it comes as no surprise that the latest offering has got Twitter riled up.
While depicting the adventures of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf – battling to save Arendelle once again – fans are treated to a quick shot of Elsa with her usually braided hair, let loose.
But eagle-eyed viewers didn’t let the moment go unnoticed.
Queer Twitter has some thoughts. Many thoughts.

With Frozen fever in the air, fans won’t have to wait long until they can see Elsa’s new look on the big screen.
Actor Josh Gad, who voices Olaf, posted a photo on Instagram showing the entire cast gathered for a screening.
Gad wrote: “Tonight after three years of coming in and working in a booth by ourselves… we FINALLY got to see the finished product for the first time.”
He continued, “to say it is worth the wait would be an understatement. There is so much I want to tell you but so little I can tell you. I laughed, I gasped, I applauded and I wept.”
Judging by this statement, Elsa stans are in for a treat.
