Marx and Engels who? Ariana Grande and Bernie Sanders are out to demolish capitalism, help the workers lose their chains and introduce fully-automated luxury gay communism by next Tuesday.

OK, maybe not exactly that, but the ‘thank u, next’ singer appeared to endorse the US presidential candidate yesterday.

Snapped backstage at a concert in Atlanta, the 26-year-old warmly embraced the 78-year-old senator, tagging him, “MY GUY”, in a Twitter post just hours before the fifth Democrat debates.

Sanders swung by Grande’s show at the State Farm Arena, most likely to discuss the Communist Manifesto.

Ariana Grande thanks Bernie Sanders for making her ‘whole night and for all that you stand for’.

“Thank you Senator Sanders for coming to my show, making my whole night and for all that you stand for,” wrote the Grammy-winning artist.

“We’ve already registered 20+ young voters at my shores alone. Also, I will never smile this hard again, promise.”

Grande, who has 67.4 million followers, has been encouraging folks to sign up to vote while on tour as part of her partnership with HeadCount.

Sanders later regrammed her, sharing the love.

“I want to thank Ariana Grande for not only being a wonderful entertainer,” Sanders said, “but also for being such an outstanding advocate for social justice.

“We must all be prepared — like Ariana has shown — to fight for everyone who is struggling.”

Sanders also found time to pose with Grande’s gang, including singer Matt Bennet and actor Elizabeth Gillies.

In her apparent endorsement, Grande has joined a growing crop of musicians including Cardi B who have backed Sanders’ candidacy.
