25 trans and non-binary people who’re happy, visible and making the world a better place

It’s Trans Day of Visibility, and what better way to start the day than by following a bunch of trans and non-binary people!
Whether you have trans and non-binary people in your friendship group or not, it’s always a good time to use social media for good and follow – and learn from – trans people who are happy being visible.
So, give some of these folks a follow this Trans Day of Visibility – most of them will be on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, at the very least!
Fox and Owl Fisher. Non-binary writers, filmmakers, educators and founders of trans production company My Genderation.
Chris Mosier. Trans man, athlete and advocate. Can walk faster than you.

Caitlyn Jenner. Reality TV star, proud parent and Olympic-medal winner.
Emma Frankland. Artist and performance-maker, and the trans woman behind the iconic We Dig production at London’s Ovalhouse last year.
Kamari Romeo. This trans man is an actor, poet and producer of Toybox – a collection of filmed poems written by people who grew up in care.
NikkieTutorials. YouTuber and make-up artist Nikkie de Jager was sadly blackmailed into coming out this year, but has said she’ll be speaking more about trans issues – and has been brilliant at taking down the inevitable attempts to shake her.
Kenny Ethan Jones. The trans man and model made history when he fronted an advertising campaign for period products.
Amrou Al-Kadhi. Non-binary Muslim drag queen, author, performer and filmmaker.
Jamie Windust. Iconic non-binary activist, model and TedxLondonWomen speaker.
Roddy Alves. The former “human Ken doll” and Celebrity Big Brother contestant came out as a trans woman last year.
Jazz Jennings. Trans girl, YouTuber, LGBT+ activist and one of the youngest high-profile trans people to publicly document their transition.
SonicFox. Black, non-binary furry and gamer who was Outsports first-ever non-binary person of the year.

Travis Alabanza. Non-binary poet, performer, and artist.
Ryan Cassata. Transgender singer, public speaker and writer.
Charlie Martin. Trailblazing racing driver and first out transgender person to compete in the Michelin Le Mans Cup.
Danica Roem. US politician, Democrat and the first trans person elected to a US state legislature, in 2017.
