Lady Gaga fans think it’s high time she won the Nobel Peace Prize

Lady Gaga, Nobel Peace Prize winner has a certain ring to it, don’t you think?
As Lady Gaga busies herself raising millions for health workers battling coronavirus, fans have started a campaign for her efforts to be recognised with a Nobel Peace Prize.
The Chromatica singer announced last week that she’d secured $35 million for the World Health Organisation’s solidarity response fund, made up on donations from philanthropists ad tech companies.
She also announced a massive benefit concert which will take place on Saturday (April 18).
One World: Together At Home performers will include Taylor Swift, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, with appearances also coming from Oprah Winfrey, David and Victoria Beckham, Ellen DeGeneres and dozens of other stars.
Gaga herself will also perform.
To thank the singer for her efforts, fans have started tweeting at the Nobel Foundation, demanding that they give he “what she deserves”.

The Nobel Foundation has, so far, remained silent on the matter. But surely it’s only a matter of time.
Lady Gaga is co-curating One World: Together At Home.
Announcing her COVID-19 benefit concert last week, Gaga said she wants “to highlight this global, kind community that’s coming together right now”.
“It’s this valiant effort that we’re all witnessing in the medical community… take a second to marvel at the bravery,” she told Jimmy Kimmel.
“I also want to highlight that this isn’t just a historical moment, but there’s a cultural moment that’s occurring as well — and it’s a kind one. The third thing on my list for this special is celebrate the courage of the human spirit.”
The two-hour concert will be broadcast around the world and streamed on all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.
