Grand Designs features £3.5 million house that lesbians once had sex in, straight media clutches pearls
Grand Designs, that breezy Channel 4 show about big houses and even bigger budgets, featured a £3.5 million home that was used for French-made lesbian porn.
What a strange series of words.
The West Sussex, England property is packed with luxuries. Five bedrooms, a gym, a 50-foot pool, five bathrooms, underfloor heating and a sauna.
The cavernous home was built by millionaire businessperson Clinton Dall and has seen many people walk through its aggressively glass walls, as Dall has often let the home to filming companies.
It’s seen Peter Andre and Ryan Reynolds swing by – oh, and the adult film actors behind Lesbian Games for These Three Stewardesses, according to The Sun.
The outlet reported the, er, “exclusive” news after one Grand Designs viewer recognised the house from the 2019 porn film.
Breaking News: Lesbians once had sex in a millionaire’s house later featured on Grand Designs.
The 23-minute-long film itself sees three air stewards arrive at the home after getting off a plane and staring at an iPhone which is obviously not even switched on.
After the “owner” greets them outside, it then jumps to trio donning bikinis and sipping cocktails for some reason while the “owner” looks on and, well, you know what the climax of the story is here.
Grand Designs presenter Kevin McCloud was invited by Dall to the “impeccable” and “faultless” house. McCloud was constantly taken aback at the grand scale of the residence, tucked inside dense woodland.
“I love Grand Designs and seeing what twists and turns the people will go through as they try to pull their dream property together,” an eagle-eyed fan of the Channel 4 property show said, The Sun reported..
“As soon as I saw the setting for this film it rang a bell… it’s quite a distinctive property.
“I can’t imagine for a minute that Kevin would have ever guessed what would have happened on that table.”
The gaping property was once a farmhouse-style home. Dall bought the plot of land for £850,000 in 2015, with expenses to demolish and build the structure snowballing into costs topping £1million.
The property sits in the sleepy Colgate neighbourhood. In the wider West Sussex borough, officials say, around 2,000 people are homeless, often cratered by a lack of social housing and dizzyingly high rents.
Anyway, Dall decided to buy the five-acre plot to build his dream home, called the “Pavello”, and later sold it for £3,450,000 last year.
A friend of Dall clarified: “The house was never intentionally let for a porn shoot although it was often let to film companies.”
Moreover, the outlet said it was understood that the porn film was shot before the sale of the property and neither Dall nor the new owner had any involvement with it.
