Non-binary Arrow star Bex Taylor-Klaus shares intimate wedding they and their wife ‘never dreamed’ could happen
Bex Taylor-Klaus, the non-binary star of Arrow, has shared photos from the wedding they and their wife “never dreamed” was possible.
Taylor-Klaus, who has played a series of gay characters on The Killing, House of Lies and MTV’s Scream, may also be familiar to fans of Glee, who will have seen them dump spaghetti over Rachel’s head.
Two days ago, Bex Taylor-Klaus shared photos on Instagram of their wedding to actor Alicia Sixtos, writing “I married a faerie”.
Sixtos posted a longer caption, saying: “We did the thing! We got married! Neither one of us ever thought we’d get married. We never planned it. Never dreamed of is as a kid. Not until we met each other did we even have the thought.
“But once we met, there was no question or doubt that this was it. My heart is full and I’m so thrilled to have this incredible human by my side.”
Bex Taylor-Klaus introduced Alicia on Instagram four days ago, writing a long and loving caption that began: “Please take a moment to meet the love of my life! This is the incomparable Alicia Marie Sixtos.
“Magic is real and so is this woman. To know her is to be truly known in turn. She burns with a smouldering intensity and it draws you in like a campfire at s’mores time.
“She has a bold and powerful presence that flows effortlessly into gentle balance and grace the more you dance along. Her eyes are deep with knowledge and passion, ever sparkling with curiosity and wonder. Alicia is the kind of person who can hug your entire heart and soul with a single hand squeeze. Which means that a full hug is the most warm and healing thing you’ve ever experienced.”
The 27-year-old actor came out as gay in 2016 by tweeting: “hello my name is bex and yes the rumours are true I am v gay.”
They came out as non-binary with a similar air of nonchalance, with Taylor-Klaus tweeting it out in much the same way.
They wrote:”“I came out as trans non-binary in a room full of people today. Guess it’s time for me to do that on here, too…
“Hi. I’m Bex, and the rumours are true. I’m v enby.”
