Rudy Giuliani’s last hope of forgetting the moment he began melting live on TV is gone forever thanks to Randy Rainbow, who’s immortalised it forever in song.
The infamous news conference where a strange brown liquid started running in rivulets down Giuliani’s cheeks was undoubtedly a low career point in a year he’d already marred with a Borat controversy and a chaotic appearance at Four Seasons Total Landscaping.
So it was an obvious target for Randy Rainbow, renowned Republican slayer and king of satirical songs, who eviscerated Trump’s “slimy-faced” lawyer in a new holiday-themed video.
The gay comic has previously targeted the Trump family with his hilarious parodies including “No Rules for Donald“, “Just Impeach Him” and “The Mueller Blues“, but now it’s Rudy Giuliani’s turn.
The aptly titled “Rudolph the Leaky Lawyer” is set to the festive tunes of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”, and it well and truly destroys any semblance of dignity the president’s lawyer may ever have had.
“Rudolph the leaky lawyer / had a very slimy face. And to the law profession / he was, well, a big disgrace. Lots of confused New Yorkers / found that they were incorrect. They thought their former mayor / had a little self-respect,” he gleefully sings.
“Then one night two years ago / Donald called to say / Rudy with your Rogained roots / help me hide my prostitutes.”
The video covers all of Giuliani’s greatest hits, including his My Cousin Vinny legal defence, his help in covering up Trump’s alleged crimes, and of course, that time he was caught by Borat in a hotel room with his hands down his pants. A true Christmas classic.
Randy Rainbow’s witty ditty ends: “Oh how that Leaky Lawyer / bent to Donald’s every whim/ Rudolph the Leaky Lawyer, you’ll go down in flames with him.”
