James Charles sends gaming world into a froth with massive Among Us tease
Get ready Among Us fans, James Charles just teased one of the biggest lobbies to possibly ever be seen in the popular multiplayer game, with a special stream featuring a few gaming faves.
Fans of beauty guru James Charles know he’s been a big fan of Innersloth’s viral video game Among Us since it became an internet sensation last year. The whodunnit-style game sees players attempt to determine the identity of the impostor in their midst and has more than 60 million daily active players on iOS and Android.
Name-checking some of the biggest Among Us players in a tweet last night, he teased what could be one of the biggest lobbies the game will ever see. Tagging Corpse Husband, Valkyrae, GeorgeNotFound, Disguised Toast, and more, the surprising tweet shocked fans when Charles asked: “Y’all ready for tomorrow?”
heyyyyy @Dream @GeorgeNotFound @Corpse_Husband @Valkyrae @pokimanelol @DisguisedToast @Sykkuno @tommyinnit @Quackity @KarlJacobs_ y'all excited for tomorrow?

While it’s not 100 per cent clear that this tweet is associated with an Among Us lobby, fans everywhere are speculating it could be as the majority of the players tagged have a strong history with the game. With no set time for the alleged broadcast, fans of the game and Charles will have to keep a lookout for more on the matter.
This is not the first time Charles has attached himself to the Among Us brand. Just last November, Charles played a real-life version of the game with some of his social media besties including Quen Blackwell, Noach Beck, Curtis Newbill, and Alex & Kouvr. Around the same time, Charles was also caught up in dating rumours with “Old Town Road” singer Lil Nas X, which both parties denied.
