This is who the Drag Race season 13 queens would be as Super Smash Bros characters
If the RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13 queens were Smash Bros Ultimate characters, who would they be?
Denali has answered the question in a Twitter thread that assigns each of her fellow season 13 queens their own character from Nintendo’s chaotic fighting game.
The Alaskan queen of course gave herself Ice Climbers owing to her ice skating career, though we’re yet to see her on the runway with a giant hammer.

Gottmik was assigned the unique legendary Pokémon Mewtwo, while Joey Jay and EarthBound’s Lucas clearly share the same hair flick. LaLaRi slays as sexy witch Bayonetta, Olivia Lux is the cutesy Princess Peach, and Tina Burner as fiery Pokémon Incineroar makes total sense.
Then there’s Kandy Muse as Bowser’s sassy, grumpy daughter Wendy. We call shade.
Rosé was given singing pink puff Pokémon Jigglypuff – a bit awkward when its singing sends other ‘mon to sleep – and Tamisha Iman the original badass space woman in games, Metroid’s Samus Aran.
Perhaps best of all is Utica Queen as Yoshi, Mario’s weird green dinosaur companion.

RuPaul’s Drag Race aside, Super Smash Bros Ultimate is the latest release in Nintendo’s long-running fighting series that sees various characters from Nintendo and other franchises battling it out on wild and wacky stages.
In the latest Nintendo Direct event, Pyra/Mythra from RPG Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was confirmed as the next DLC character added to the game. There’ll be a special presentation on 4 March with more details on how the dual fighters control.
Season 13 of RuPaul’s Drag Race is still ongoing, with Denali so far still in the race. Gottmik recently revealed how RuPaul showered her with support in an interview with Attitude magazine, while judge Ross Matthews has proudly shared news of his engagement.
Meanwhile, season six of Drag Race All Stars has been confirmed, but will move from VH1 to the new Paramount Plus streaming service – fans are not happy.
