Drag Race UK sleuths uncover uncensored version of A’Whora’s NSFW stand-up set

Drag Race UK fans were desperate to know what A’Whora and her nan had in common after the BBC cut the lewd punchline to her stand-up set.
A’Whora had the judges in fits of laughter with her comedy routine – but for the most part, viewers didn’t have a clue what was going on.
BBC Three censors bleeped out large portions of her set. But after the episode was released internationally and in full, fans were finally able to be in on the joke.
The full clip shows A’Whora talking about the connection she shares with her nan.
“People always say there’s such a huge age gap between the older and the younger generation,” she says.
“And she’s right, but me and my nan found out that gap is what really bought us together.”
Then, comes the punchline. “It was a real deep wholesome connection – we both had gaping arseholes.
“I mean, it was all s**ts and giggles until she’d giggle and s**t and then I’d go, ‘Grandad, bring the hose!'”

After seeing the clip in full most fans were in agreement: the BBC, and the judges, were prudes.
I understand why the BBC prudes censored, cuz it’s BBC, but WHY THE HELL would the judges and queens act like this was super bad? C’mon, it’s just funny. Girl, u were robbed.

I honestly don’t get how they can say to a room of drag queens that they need to tell jokes about sex and then censor it and read it for being too crude?! What did they expect!?

Though A’Whora’s routine had the judges in fits of laughter, she was criticised for relying on “blue” humour and was put in the bottom two against her best friend/housemate/possible ex-lover Tayce.
And after lip-syncing to Dusty Springfield’s “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me” (yes, another ballad), RuPaul asked A’Whora to sashay away.
Next week’s penultimate (!) Drag Race UK will see the top four – Bimini Bon Boulash, Lawrence Chaney, Tayce and Ellie Diamond – take part in a “BeastEnders” acting challenge, getting acting tips from the iconic Natalie Cassidy.
The following week, RuPaul will crown Britain’s next drag superstar. Who’ll win? Though Lawrence and Bimini are the clear frontrunners at this point, if we’ve learned anything from this season it’s that RuPaul does whatever she damn well pleases. Hell, we wouldn’t be surprised (or upset) if Tia Kofi was crowned the winner at this point.
