Drag Race icons Latrice Royale and Willam make West End debut in Death Drop: tickets, dates and more
RuPaul’s Drag Race icons Latrice Royale and Willam are starring in a West End show called Death Drop, and you need to buy tickets ASAP.
The pair will appear in the spectacular drag murder mystery musical at London’s Garrick Theatre.
Fans will get to see them in the hit ‘Dragatha Christie murder mystery’ Death Drop as part of an eight-week run between 19 May and 11 July, with tickets now on sale.
Death Drop will mark both their West End debuts, with Latrice Royale saying: “I cannot WAIT to be making my debut on London’s West End in Death Drop! This is just beyond any dream I could have even conceived of when I was a boy in Compton, California.
“And to get to come out of an entire year in lockdown and step into such a major production is a very welcome change.
“It gives me hope that the world is going to get back to ‘normal’ and when I can finally get on a stage again, I’m gonna tear it up! I miss connecting with a live audience so much, and getting to do it with my good Judy, Willam, makes it even more special.”
They appeared on season four of Drag Race together, which saw Willam get booted off for ‘rule breaking’, while Latrice Royale won the heart’s of fans and was crowned Miss Congeniality.
Since then Willam has hosted the popular podcast Race Chasers alongside Alaska and appeared in A Star Is Born, and Latrice has returned to take part in All Stars 1 and 4 as well as tour the US and UK with the ‘Here’s to Life‘ show.

Also joining the main cast is British comedy queen Myra Dubois, perhaps best known for reaching the semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2020.
Speaking about the Death Drop tickets, she adds: “Rejoice! I, Myra DuBois (off the telly), am making my long-anticipated West End debut!
“People forget that as well as a globally revered singer, poet, muse, wellness facilitator, energy worker and empath; I’m also an actress. Award-winning, actually. What an honour it is to be able to swoop in and save this little show. I can’t wait to meet my supporting cast.”
Latrice and Willam take over from fellow Drag Race stars Monet X Change and Courtney Act who fronted the show in late 2020 before lockdown restrictions forced it to temporarily close.
They’ll be joined by the show’s writer Holly Stars, LoUis CYfer and Anna Phylactic who will all reprise their roles in the show after appearing in it last year.
Tickets for Death Drop at London’s Garrick Theatre are available from lovetheatre.com/shows/death-drop.
It follows up a number of big tour announcements including the finalists of Drag Race UK series two who will perform across the UK in early 2022, as well as a drive-in drag show taking place this spring with Divina de Campo, Tayce and Cheryl Hole among the lineup.
