Prepare for alien mayhem this June as Destroy All Humans comes to Nintendo Switch
Alien shooter adventure Destroy All Humans is on its way to Nintendo Switch.
It’s a port of a 2020 remake of the original 2005 game Destroy All Humans that includes the Skin Pack DLC previously released.
The game will have two special edition versions to choose from. The DNA Collector’s Edition includes a Crypto’N’Cow figurine, a keychain, six lithographs, an eye-popping stress toy, all in-game skins, and arrives in a premium box.
The Crypto-137 Edition includes the keychain, lithographs, in-game skins and comes with a Crypto-137 figurine and backpack.
Crypto, if you’re wondering, is the alien protagonist of the game who arrives on Earth in the 1950s to harvest human DNA. He’s equipped with stereotypical alien gear like an anal probe and psychokinetic powers, as well as a flying saucer he can command.
The 2020 remake was released on PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One and PC and received favourable reviews.
Publisher THQ Nordic revealed the news on Twitter. “Start the invasion on the go and collect DNA while flushing, the fate of mankind rests in your hands. Literally,” they said, a nod to gamers playing the Switch on the toilet. It’s indicative of the game’s particular brand of silly humour.
On June 29th, 2021 Destroy All Humans! will land on Nintendo Switch.

Fans have also speculated that a remake of Destroy All Humans 2 may be on the way, originally released in 2006.
A promotional video was uploaded to the Steam page of the Destroy All Humans Remake that features a clone character – Crypto 138, known for his gold-accented costume. He’s the protagonist for the sequel.
The video ends with 138 interrupting 137, who then replies “wait your turn, little tadpole”. It sounds more than a little obvious, but THQ Nordic are yet to officially confirm the rumour.
Destroy All Humans Remake will be released on Nintendo Switch on 29 June.
