Elliot Page sends fans into a frenzy with behind-the-scenes look at new Umbrella Academy
Elliot Page shared a behind-the-scenes snap from the The Umbrella Academy season three, which is currently filming in Canada.
The actor shared a photo of himself with co-star Emmy Raver-Lampman from the set of the hit Netflix series on Instagram – and to say fans are excited would be an understatement.
Elliot Page wears a black face mask in the photo, while Raver-Lampman can be seen sporting a visor in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19 on the set of The Umbrella Academy season three.
“The iconic duo is back,” one fan commented, while another summed up the entire internet’s feelings, simply writing: “KING!”
“I LOVE U GUYS SO MUCH,” another fan wrote, while one Instagram user declared Page and Raver-Lampman their “favourite humans”.

The Umbrella Academy quickly won a huge following when it debuted on Netflix in 2019.
The series follows a dysfunctional family of adopted siblings and superheroes who reunite in an effort to find out what happened to their father following his death.
Elliot Page came out as trans weeks after The Umbrella Academy was renewed
The second season hit the streaming platform in July 2020, and it was renewed for a third season just four months later due to huge demand from fans.
Elliot Page came out as trans in December 2020, just weeks after The Umbrella Academy was renewed for a third season.
Netflix immediately updated his name on all of his past projects, including on Inception and Tales of the City.
The streaming giant heaped praise on Page after he came out, tweeting at the time: “So proud of our superhero! WE LOVE YOU ELLIOT!”
Page posted his first-look image from the set of The Umbrella Academy shortly before his powerful interview with Oprah Winfrey is released on Apple TV+.
In a clip released ahead of the full interview, Page opened up to Oprah about crying “tears of joy” as he finally became comfortable in his own body after transitioning.
The Juno star told Oprah that “little” things had brought him “the most joy” since he came out as trans.
“Getting out of the shower and the towel’s around your waist and you’re looking at yourself in the mirror and you’re just like: ‘There I am,'” Page explained.
He continued: “And I’m not having the moment where I’m panicked, I’m not having all these little moments that used to be… just being in a t-shirt. It’s… It’s being able to touch my chest. Feel comfortable in my body for probably the first time.”
