It will see 100 per cent of the purchase price from the sale of each Polo shirt and dog Polo shirt, and 25 per cent of the purchase price from the other products donated to Stonewall Community Foundation, to benefit an international network of LGBT+ organisations.
They say the Foundation, “prioritizes and uplifts those who experience the greatest vulnerability within the community, including communities of color and transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people.”
The brand is also partnering with LGBT+ artists David Puck in New York and Ashton Attzs in London to create outdoor murals to celebrate Pride month.
They add: ” Ralph Lauren recognizes that the Pride movement was built by brave people who harnessed the power of their creativity to transform the world around them and wants to honor and highlight the artists who pave the way forward today.”
Puck will create a mural canvas in Domino Park, Brooklyn, while Attzs will create their Pride-inspired mural in Notting Hill between 15-27 June.
Previously Ralph Lauren has teamed up with familiar LGBT+ faces including Dan Levy, Pose star Indya Moore and Broadway actor Jeremy Pope for its Pride campaigns.
