Elliot Page is sending his “love” to fans with a heartwarming photo with his furry loved one, celebrating the festive season.

It is the first Christmas-time photo of Page since they came out publicly as trans in early December 2020, which prompted waves of support for the beloved actor.

On Christmas Eve, Page shared a selfie on Instagram with him and his adorable pup Mo out enjoying the fresh air on an evening walk.

“Sending some love from us,” Page wrote in the caption.

Several of Page’s high-profile celeb friends and fans replied to the post on social media, sending love back to the Juno star.

Amy Sedaris commented that she wasn’t “sure which one to look at” because Page and Mo are “both beautiful”.

13 Reasons Why star Tommy Dorfman, who came out as trans earlier this year, simply gushed “my king” in the comments.

Ian Daniel, who co-hosted Gaycation alongside Elliot Page, described the selfie as containing “my beautiful family”.

Fans also took to Twitter to share their admiration for Page’s appearance and his radiant energy.

This is, of course, not the first time that Elliot Page has virtually broken the internet.

In March, Page revealed to Time magazine that they were recovering from top surgery when they came out as trans.

The Umbrella Academy star described how his journey with his gender identity has been an “ongoing” process, but he said that top surgery had “completely transformed my life”.

They added that top surgery, for him, had been “not only life-changing but life saving”.

In the months since, Page has proudly shared pivotal parts of his journey with fans, inspiring countless people to live their truth.

This has included posting shirtless photos with their top surgery scars visible, paying tribute to Oscar Wilde with their Met Gala outfit and showing up at Balenciaga’s Paris Fashion Week show in “platform goth Crocs”.
