Britney Spears announces she’s pregnant and teases secret marriage to Sam Asghari

Pop star and overall goddess Britney Spears has announced she is pregnant with her third child – while teasing she may have married fiancé Sam Asghari in a secret ceremony.
Taking to her Instagram to share a picture of flowers alongside a cup and saucer, she wrote: “I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back.
“I thought, ‘Geez, what happened to my stomach?’ My husband said, ‘No, you’re food pregnant silly!’
“So I got a pregnancy test… and uhhhhh well… I am having a baby. Four days later I got a little more food pregnant. It’s growing! If two are in there… I might just loose it.
“Obviously won’t be going out as much due to the paps getting their money shot of me like they unfortunately already have…. it’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression… I have to say it is absolutely horrible… women didn’t talk about it back then… some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her.
“But now women talk about it everyday… thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret.
“This time I will be doing yoga every day! Spreading lots of joy and love!”
Britney Spears has two sons, Sean (16) and Jayden (15), who she shares with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
In September 2021, the Toxic hitmaker announced she was engaged to fiancé Asghari. She has been referring to him as her “husband” on Instagram since Thursday (7 April), sparking rumours they may have secretly wed.
The pair first met while filming a music video in 2016 and they soon began dating, however her controversial conservatorship forbid her from marrying or starting a family with him.
Fans are overjoyed at the pop star’s news, sharing well-wishes and love, with many commenting “baby one more time”, “OMG Britney” and, of course, “YESSSSS QUEEN”.
