Ezra Miller disappears from Instagram after ‘taunting authorities with cryptic posts’ amid grooming claims

Ezra Miller has deleted their Instagram account after a series of posts appearing to taunt officials who are trying to serve them court papers.

Authorities are looking for The Flash actor to serve them a domestic violence protection order granted to the parents of 18-year-old Gibson Iron Eyes, for alleged physical and emotional abuse as well as grooming.

According to The Los Angeles Times, the protective order would prevent Miller from contacting Gibson or their family for 30 days and from coming within 100 yards of their family home. However, law enforcement have said they “cannot locate or serve” Miller.

Following these claims and the failed attempts by law enforcement to locate Miller, the actor posted multiple taunting Instagram posts on 14 June before deleting their entire account.

One of the posts read, screenshots of which were posted to Twitter, read: “You cannot touch me, I am in another universe,.”

Another continued the mocking tone with: “Message from another dimension.”

Miller rounded off with a quote that said: “I am shielded from negative people & their ill intent. My spirit, mind, body, soul + success are not altered by anyone’s envy. I am protected from all negative [illegible] people attempt to throw at me. Subconsciously & consciously. I clear any & all hidden peers who are hidden enemies.”

Gibson’s parents, Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle, accuse Miller of “psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating and endangering the safety and welfare of [Gibson] Iron Eyes”.

Chase Iron Eyes told The Los Angeles Times: “They’ve been flighty. They’ve been avoiding service, and now there’s public pressure mounting on them to make a decision, which makes us very concerned about Ezra’s volatile nature. … We’re working very hard to get this order enforced wherever they are.”

Miller first met Gibson when the latter was 12 years old and the actor was 23 years old.

The petition, per The Los Angeles Times, says Miller, “established contact with [Gibson] Iron Eyes under the pretence of assisting the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe during the NoDAPL [No Dakota Access Pipeline] movement…and took an immediate and apparently innocent liking to [them].”

The parents claim the relationship developed into “cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behaviour” from Miller’s side.

After the petition was filed Gibson released a video on Instagram speaking on the allegations. They said: “This is my life. These are my decisions. And I’m disappointed in my parents and the press in every way. I worked really hard to make really clear what was going on.

“I’d like to say that it’s nobody’s business and that no one is owed a story. Or an outcome.”
