Madonna rides Jimmy Fallon in chaotic, NSFW interview: ‘What in the world is going on?’
Madonna gave Jimmy Fallon the ride of his life as she straddled and whipped him in their latest interview together.
The iconic singer is no stranger to causing a stir, and her interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon definitely did that.
Madonna was on the show promoting her newest compilation album Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones, coming out 19 August, when Fallon suggested they play a word association game.
The game involved the two picking up cards with letters on them and having to say the first word that came to mind.
Fallon’s answers were PG, but Madonna took a more NSFW approach. The first letter was ‘P’ and the legend immediately said “p***y”.
When the letter ‘H’ came up the first word out of Madonna’s mouth was “h*e” to which Fallon laughs loudly and jokingly asked: “What in the world is going on?”
When ‘T’ came up, Fallon takes the safe route and went for “tattletale” but Madonna said “temptation”. The two continued back and forth, until things got a little racy when the letter ‘I’ comes up.
Fallon said “icon”, Madonna’s word was “idiot”, with her response causing Fallon to fall to the ground in a fit of giggles. Madonna then took advantage of Fallon’s position and sat on the host’s back, rocking back and forth as she pretended to whip him.
The entire interview was very on-brand for Madonna, bursting with chaotic energy and absolutely iconic moments.
The “Like A Prayer” singer gave the TV presenter a minuscule handbag emblazoned with the word “butch”, with Fallon putting it around his neck and saying: “I’m going to treasure it”.
Fallon proceeded to ask Madonna if there were any artists she was dying to work with, to which she responded: “There is one artist that I worship more than anything in life and I would love to collaborate with him, and that’s Kendrick Lamar.”
Beyoncé recently called Madonna a “masterpiece genius” after collaborating with the fellow icon on the remix of “Break My Soul”.
In a note of thanks to Madonna, Beyoncé said “thank you, Queen. I’m so grateful for you. You have opened so many doors for so many women”.
In addition to working with Beyoncé, Madonna has been preparing to direct her own biopic starring Julia Garner, who beat out Florence Pugh, Alexa Demie and Odessa Young for the coveted role of the singer.
