The 1975 have announced a UK and Ireland arena tour and tickets go on sale soon.

The 1975 have announced a huge UK arena tour for 2023 – and tickets go on sale soon.

The group will bring their At Their Very Best Tour to venues across the UK and Ireland in January.

It’ll be in support of their forthcoming fifth studio album, Being Funny In A Foreign Language.

Fans can get their hands on tickets from 9am on 9 September via Ticketmaster and See Tickets.

The tour will kick off in Brighton on 8 January and visit the likes of London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and Manchester before finishing up in Belfast on 30 January.

Fans can expect to hear material from their upcoming album, due for release on 14 October, including “Happiness”, “Part of the Band” and newly released single “I’m in Love with You”.

The clown-themed music video for the track features an appearance from Phoebe Bridgers, who posted behind the scenes pictures to her Instagram.

The group are also likely to play tracks from their back catalogue including queer anthem “Loving Someone”, which the group regularly perform live against a rainbow backdrop.

Other fan favourites include “Chocolate”, “Paris”, “TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME”, “The Sound” and “Love It If We Made It”, which all appeared on their recent Reading and Leeds Festival headline set.

How to get The 1975 tickets

They go on general sale at 9am on Friday, 9 September via Ticketmaster and See Tickets.

Tickets are priced at £47.14 / £58.44, plus booking fees.

A number of presales are taking place across the week including an artist presale. Fans who preorder their album, Being Funny In A Foreign Language from the official store here by 3pm on 6 September will receive presale access.

You’ll be emailed a code and link to access the presale, which takes place at 9am on Wednesday, 7 September.

Then on Thursday, 8 September at 9am a Spotify presale and Live Nation presale will take place. The former will be for fans of the band on the streaming platform and the latter can be accessed by signing up to Live Nation for free and heading to The 1975 artist page.
