The singer is currently on the US leg of his tour and will head to Australia and New Zealand in early 2023 for stadium shows, before returning to the UK and Europe for the final live dates.
The show promises to “take his audience on a magical journey through his incredible 50-year career with never-before-seen-photos and videos, all set to the tune of some of Elton’s most beloved songs from his legendary catalogue”.
Fans can expect to hear massive hits from the singer-songwriter’s back catalogue including “Tiny Dancer”, “Bennie and the Jets”, “The Bitch is Back” and “Your Song” to name a few.
More recently he released his much-anticipated collaboration with Britney Spears, which marked her return to music nine months after leaving her conservatorship.
“Everyone was saying they don’t think she can sing any more,” Elton told The Guardian, “but I said, she was brilliant when she started so I think she can. And she did it, and I was so thrilled with what she did.”
The track based on John’s 1971 hit “Tiny Dancer” and 1992 song “The One”, with a hint of “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart”, reached number one on iTunes in 18 countries as well as winning over fans everywhere.
