Big Brother fans confused as Frankie shares girlfriend’s reaction to him coming out bisexual

Bisexual Big Brother housemate Frankie Taber has left viewers confused after sharing his girlfriend’s reaction to his coming out.
The 23-year-old publicly came out as bisexual early in the series in the Diary Room, but is yet to talk about it with his co-stars.
During Tuesday’s (29 September) episode, he discussed it with Big Brother again in the Diary Room, explaining how his girlfriend of “four to five years” reacted.
Big Brother called him in to the Diary Room to discuss his actions of the night before, which saw him threaten to climb over the wall in a fit of rage.
He said he was in a mood “because of life”, explaining: “I sit there worrying about my girlfriend. I sit there worrying about my nan and my family, my father.
“I mean, I have a lot of worries about the outside world in here. I mean, look, I come on here to obviously come out and say I’m bisexual and stuff.”
He continued: “It was a big thing for me especially at the time, more than anyone else, to be honest. My girlfriend was very good about it, and we we do have a very, very strong bond.
“I’ve been with my girlfriend for probably about four to five years now. There’s nothing really about it. Like, she didn’t really care, to be honest.” Yeah, she didn’t really care about this, of you.”
And while we love her reaction, fans have been left scratching their heads because Frankie told his co-stars earlier in the series that he was single.
On Day 2, he spoke about his “ex-girlfriend”, saying they split up for “personal reasons”. He told his co-stars that they had met in school, then got together when he saw her in the pub after lockdown, which suggests this would be the same girlfriend he was discussing during Tuesday night’s episode.
The clip recirculated on X after his latest comments, which left viewers very confused.
One said: “Okay well now I’m confused because didn’t Frankie say he had split from his girlfriend? Was he talking about a different ex?”
Another said: “People say lots of things, it don’t make them true, Big Brother contestants are allowed to lie like the rest of us.”
A third wrote: “No but he really forgot he broke up with his girlfriend or he can’t move on or something.”

Someone else said: “I’m baffled. He has an ex girlfriend he got with after lockdown, he’s still close with, the reason they broke up he’s not comfortable sharing (we all assumed was him being bi). He’s got a girlfriend for four to five years, he’s been struggling with being bi for two years, she’s fine with it. Right??”
Meanwhile, many others wondered what the truth to the situation was, as it appeared Frankie couldn’t keep his story straight. And some called for the ex-maybe-not-ex-girlfriend to share her side to the story.
